Valves for LPG shutoff

OK here is an easy one, I think.

What type of valve should be used for LPG shutoff. Pressures are expected to be 10PSI on the "primary" and 10"WC on the secondary. I'll need valves in both locations.

These valves would be located outdoors.

Also does any know of any requirements for EPO emergency power off switches for hot water heaters, LPG fired, in which the input is 150MBTUH
