Hello
I have a question concerning the fitting influences on a valve. Do somebody have a general formula for predicting fitting influences (Cv of the valve). An example: I have a 20" FISHER-ROSEMOUNT butterfly valve and the upstream pipe size is 24", downstream pipe size 24" (Q=120,000Nm3/h, dP=6bar, M=28.963, k=1.396, T=83degC). I don't need an exact value, only an approximation of the fitting influences, i.e Cv-decreasing in %.
Thanks for your Help
