i need suggestions for any good book for valve designing which can clearly explain concepts about industrial valves design theoratically and mathematically.

I think that "Valve Design" and "The Design of Valves and Fittings" by G.H. Pearson are both very good. Even though they are quite old.

See thread408-216001

Per ISO-4126, only the term Safety Valve is used regardless of application or design.

The ISA handbook of control valves gives a good description of the functional design of the valves, insofar as predicting flow characteristics , which is the starting point for specifying the valves. After the type of valve and size is determined, the pressure boundary , stress analysis, and metallurgical details can be designed.
