Pipe test procedure will be modified to suit the design pressure of 60KPA which is less then the design test pressure, 90Kpa, of the RC pipes

Are you following AWWA?

Anyway, these are normally hydro-tested at the required test pressure. Then the weld joints are internally lined and finally there is a golden joint.
