Vacum pressure swing absorption

We use a Vacuum pressure swing adsorption plant with activated carbon as adsorbers to remove CO2 and water from a reducing gas. the gas is made mostly of CO and H2. at the moment we are experiencing some problems with the system.
If their is any one out there who use symular system can you tell me what is the reliability of this system.
