V5R9+VBA: Sub CreateSetofParameters+ SelectElement

i am having some Errors and i can´t advance any more, please if yo can help me...
1-
Does anyone know how does "Sub CreateSetOfParameters" work, which is the code? I try it and the following error comes

object doesn´t support this property or method

2-Whem I try to use SelectElement, the following Error appears:

Function or interface marked as restricted, or the function uses an Automation type not supported in Visual Basic.

Any solution or advice?
