v5r19 sometimes when cancel is clicked file undos to an earlier time

I had it happen today at two diffent times doing different commands. one of the operations went like this

open extract, extracted edges. clicked ok.
open extract, extracted edges. clicked ok.
double click open extract, extracted lots of edges. clicked ok.
clicked cancel and everything undid. tried it three times same results.

others at our place have had the same issue doing different things.

does anyone know why this happens?

this is a bug in v19
you need to update to v19 sp6 or higher

I had this problem in my previous workplace. The problem was that Daimler was running that version and since they were the customer we had to live with the bug. The workaround is to not open several editors not so nice but it worked.
