v5r15, holes go missing in 3d, but shown in tree & drafting

Hi Guys/Galls, ever had it where your holes go missing in 3d part design, still seen in the tree, and still generates when creating views, just can't see it in 3d. is there some kind of repair one can do or run? please advise. Thanks, Gary.

Make sure you have the PartBody set as the "Define in Work Object" (either the PartBody or the last feature in the PartBody should be underlined)
