v20 standard parts library issues

We've been having an ongoing problem loading and using the Solid Edge v20 standard parts library to our server. Has anyone else encountered issues? For an example, the entire library will not load, only parts of it. Another example, when placing one of the parts that did load it's a gamble as to whether or not it will actually place the part or error out. We've been dealing with our local VAR and Siemens/UGS to resolve this and the VAR is stumped. Still waiting on Siemens.

We had the same issues, getting the standard parts on the server. We had to have our local rep come in and do the install for us. It took him 2 days on the phone with UGS but it finally works now. All i can say is that once your VAR gets in tie him to the chair and don't let him leave till it works. Good Luck!
