The best way is to get on the UGS site and download the What's New guides for NX1, NX2 and NX3.

"Wildfires are dangerous, hard to control, and economically catastrophic."
"Fixed in the next release" should replace "Product First" as the PTC slogan.

Gary,
Tell Stan H that Eric Hayden says HI!

NX3 offers tons of new design functions over 18 and some interface tweaks that simplify things a bit. As far as CAM goes (I'll assume that's what you're referring to as your manufacturing team) NX3 is leaps and bounds ahead of v18. A lot of CAM stuff was really tedious in 18 and prior...they've adressed nearly all of it in the newer releases. Just tell them they'll be able to easily create programs that only remove stock that previous cutters left...that in itself will give their nuts a warm and fuzzy feeling. The 18 way of doing it was a pain in the ass. If I remember right I had to redo all of my custom NC postprocessors when switching to NX1 though. UG may be able to help you there if you're using common machines.
