V17 Draft Template

Hi All,

I have a client who uses V17, beacuse of this I have v17 installed as silent. Is it possible to insert a image in to a draft template background sheet? Like you can in V19

I think that didn't happen until v18. I was trying to look up the "What's New" for v18, v19, and v20 (I have 20 loaded), but I can't find anything specific about images in the background sheet.
