Using variables in a sketch?

I'm currently doing a trial of SolidWorks (trying to decide between it and Solid Edge), and am wondering if it is possible to use variables to represent dimensions in a sketch? I'm trying to do one of the SE tutorials in SW (good way to compare the two) and in this one several of the dimensions (bend radii, etc) are related to other (driving) dimensions (see attached file). I'm guessing SW can do this (they seem to have comparable features) but am not sure how.

Thanks for any help with this.

In SW you can also have dimensions driven by an design (excel) table which can be a very powerful tool to drive your model. It is also to a good way to view a lot of dimensions. Not sure if SE has this or not. Hope this helps.
