Using Search in NX 7.5 Docs

I'm using NX7.5 on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. Whenever I try to use the search in the help docs, nothing ever happens....

Install the two Java plugins for 32 & 64bit:

Also in IE, Tools -> Compatibility View Settings then tick the box down the bottom for "Display all Websites in Compatiblity View"

Are your docs installed locally or on a server? Ours were installed on a server and we couldn't search them either but after reinstalling locally it worked with no problem.
