Using Open Circuit Supervision "95" for REF

Hi everyone,

I understand the application of CT Open Circuit supervision in High Impedance Busbar protection. Could you please explain why we don't use it in High Impedance REF scheme.

Unpossible detect open CT circuit, usually is trip level
