Hello! I have been given the job of designing a sewer culvert under an embankment, and have been given two pieces of information to work with, one is the distance of the culvert below ground level and the second is the vertical pressure acting on the culvert which is 500kn/m. I've been told to use Fadum's charts but the books are totally useless and the internet has nothing on it either! Can someone help me out please???

Never heard of the Charts you mentioned. In the US and most other places I imagine, the pipe manufacturer will usually provide load tables based on highway or railroad loadings and type of backfill for the structural design of the culvert. These are typically based on full scale load tests.
Hydrologic and hydraulic design usually cannot be accomplished by using "tables".
