Using EKL to create a note linked to the flagnotes in a part

Hi,
I am brand new to the enterprise knowledge language. I am trying to use the notify function in order to obtain all the content in the flagnote section of a part. Suggestions welcome to any other functions that will let me find the flagnotes and then provide their value.

At this stage I am simply using the notify function with a copy paste of the text, straight from the functions provided in the library.
