Hi All,

I am using assembly scenes to generate views in drafting. The problem I have is when I have a catdrawing with several sheets, each with a different scene I don't know how to track which scene is in which sheet. I look under links but I don't see any reference to the scene used to generate view.

Thanks in advance

you could edit the name of the view in the spec tree to reflect which scene you used on that page.

That's a good work around begnor.

thanks

Hi,
You can find the scene linked to a view by a right click on the view and modify links.
You should see the scene name in the box. You can also point your view to a different scene from there.

I would name the scenes to describe what they do (ie: EXPLODED ASM WITHOUT COVER) and name the view to something similar

Thank You to everyone for tips and suggestions

Myriam,

how do you point to a different scene?
I have several created but I only see the one I have selected for the particular view in the box

Thanks for your help
