Using any software design and stimulate "Plate with Center Hole, crack on hole"

I need help in drawing and stimulating "Plate with Center Hole, crack on hole".
Then stimulate it and get Stress and displacement constraints to find K1(stress intensity factor)

Assume any values for crack length and plate length and all... Plate is under plane strain condition.

Please help me its kind of urgent Thanks a lot.
