User Interface Styler Callbacks

Hello!

I'm working with User Interface Styler, and I have a bitmap that it has to change the picture when the focus changes. How can I know where is the focus without using C++?
I'm using different callback but I don't know very well how does it work, Can somebody help me?

What are your writing this application in (language)? Essentially everything is an event/callback. When you hover, click, or other event you can tie your code into to do what ever you want.
