Hello All,
I see a lot of questions asking where to find documents with UG tips and tricks. One good place to go is the EDS support site. The support center puts together a quarterly document called GTAC-Quarterly (formerly TACTALK) that has a lot of usefull info. Here is an email that I sent to someone explaining how to access the documents
Best Regards,
Go to the eds support web site at:
Select downloads from the left hand column.
Select the sub directory ftp server
At this point you must have a web key account. If you don't have one then you need to register for one.
Enter your web key account information.
Once you have logged in, select Newsletters
This will bring you to three (3) directories that contain documents created by eds support and services. the directories you want to go to first is the one called GTAC-Quarterly and download the documents from there.
You may also find some good information in the tactalk directory which was th old support and serives document from eds before they bought SDRC.
