Use of EN Materials in non pressure parts of stamped vessel

I am reviewing a design of PV that requires u stamping. Does the code allows use of S355JR for non pressure parts (structural)? S355JR is not listed in ASME II Pt D.Pls help with clarification.

creator, most likely it is permitted. See UG-4(b), UW-5(b).
