Urea Tank venting requirements

To all,

A client of ours wants to convert an older mild steel tank (20,000 gallons) to hold Urea. The urea solution will be between 32 and 40%. The tank will be located indoors and is a horizontal ASME-VIII vessel with a MAWP of 30 psig/FV

What are the venting requirements for a urea tank ? Will a conservation vent be required ?

I am aware of the special temperature maintenance requirements for urea but are there any other design features suggested for such a tank ?

Are there any references on the web for urea tanks ?

Mr Cronin,
A quick Google search gave me websites (terraindustries.com and rdtech.com) that mention both 304 SS pressure vessels (w/o mention of solution %) and CS API-650 tanks (for 50% or less solutions). Note sure is this gets you started
