I agree. The reason I had asked is because if the drive will be using a multi-pulse front end, it needs its own special transformer anyway and it's usually more economical to just do that along with the voltage step down at the same time. However harmonics can be minimal if the drive has an Active Front End with Selective Harmonic Elimination instead. So what drive you use can determine what you feed it with.
