upside down d-sub 15hd connector

Does anybody know of a right angle PCB mount D-sub 15HD plug connector (aka VGA connector, like a Mouser 617-09-56-162-7812) that mounts upside down on the PCB, so the wide part of the 'D' is closest to the PCB? Another way to picture it would be for it to mount to the bottom of the PCB and be in the normal orientation.

I have a card that would convert into a handy extender card if I can find this connector; a normal connector will point the wrong way.

Look closely at the AMP stuff. I seem to remember they had every different orientation and sex. If you can't find it I'll take a stab at it.

I took a quick look but didn't find anything at Amp/Tyco nor at Samtec. This dropped in priority so I'll keep searchign in a couple of weeks.
