Hi I have created part family for bolts with reference document, everything went well except thread size updating on Indi-dual par number.
First I created seed part with AN3 dimensions thread size 10-32(.190-32). I created spread sheet for rest of family member’s like AN4 and AN5 all parts are created except threads are not updated with respect to their sizes. Then I checked need to enter shaft size, minor dia. and pitch for AN4 and AN5.
Edited excel sheet with these values and updated parts and it worked. I don’t want enter shaft size, minor dia. and pitch for each series it should be driven from any one of parameter assigned in the seed part. Let me know how can I control this in expression.

There is no support for so-capped 'parametric' male threads. For part families you need to do exactly what you've done. Now if you were modeling a family of 'nuts', then you could have simply included a column for the 'callout' expression of the thread specification and it would have worked fine.
