Updating Files within other folders

All,
I'm wanting to find a way to get copies of the latest file folders and files to my Hard Drive. At the end of the day update the originals in the original folders and files in the original location on the network.

I need a simple VB code do this (to speed up productivity over using the network).

Has anyone done this? and are you willing to share?
