Unknown corrosion rate

Is it right using values in Table 2 from NACE SPO775-2-2013 to assume unknown corrosion rates??

No. Read the first sentence of 5.1.1 and note the use of the word "measured." If the rates have been measured, how can they be unknown? Perhaps the specific context of the question can be elaborated upon?
