Unigraphics License Service keeps stopping when starting app

Hi All

Does anyone know why the Unigraphics License service would stop when trying to start the application. I start the service again but when I start Unigraphics the service stops and I get an error saying that the License service isnt running. The event viewer isnt helpful, it just says the the service stopped.. It doesnt say why.

Any Ideas... fixes..

Make sure that the uglmd.exe process is started your license server.

If your running another Flexlm Package and you are using the same Port 27000, then tie that port only to UG and use another Port i.e 27100 for the other Package. Flexlm by default uses 27000. Is this a network license server or is it a stand-alone service with a hardware dongle?
