For a precast panel, got a condition where a tie back (strap anchor) was installed about 1.5" from the edge into a slot. Load is 430lbs ultimate. Checking a shear capacity, I am calculating 800lbs capacity (1" edge distance).
How confident would you be in this? panel is 9'x6' and has 5 connections each side.
