understanding API 620

Can anybody define how small can a large vessel be and how high can low pressure be in accordance with API 620?

The upper limit on pressure for API 620 is 15 PSIG, and at temperatures not exceeding 250 °F. I'm not aware of a definition of "large" in the standard.
