Underground Sectionalizing Equipment

I'm looking for means other than VFI (vacuum fault interupters) to sectionalize taps off undergound main-line feeders. VFI's work great for large subdivision applications but are NOT cost effective for single service taps. Does anyone know of a manufacturer that carries some sort of a fused elbow (200A or 600A)?
