Underground parking adjoining railroad

We are developers planning underground parking approximately 20 feet from exsisting rail line. First obvious issue is proper shoring during construction but would like advise on all issues such as impact of train's vibrations on structure of garage and advise on construction methods. Can anyone think of a similarly situated underground structure?
