Hi,

I'm currently do some searching on the UVLS practice in the US and have some difficulty in confirming which states actually in the Eastern Interconnection actually follow this practice. NERC came out strong with this by setting up UVLS working group back in 2006, but did not see any report from this group. Please let me know if you have any info. Thank you.
