Unconstrain spline from plane 1

hello.

If I've created a spline from the sketch environment.
Now the spline is constrained to that sketch plane.
How can I move any of its points out of that plane?
Or how can I remove that constrain to the plane?

Could you also explain me the difference between normal and perpendicular to the curve, please?

By definition, all Sketch curves are defined as planar. They can't be altered.

However, if you can sketch, in two perpendicular planes (they don't actually have to be normal to each other, just that it's easier to see what you're doing if they are) what the projected shapes would be, as I've done in the attached example, you can then create a single 3D curve by 'marrying' them together using the 'Curve by Combined Projection' method. Note that the new 3D curve will be associatively linked to the two planar (sketched) curves.

If surface quality is a priority you need to check the resulting curve when doing combined projections.
The resulting curve might have a "knot point explosion".
In Johns example, the 2 sketched curves are both degree 3 and 4 segments. / 7 poles
The combined curve is degree 3 but 29 segments / 60 poles.

I already knew that option but I think it's not what I'm loking for.
Who would you modify the projected spline curve points without editing the other two?

What I really wanted is a method to "extract" a spline from the sketch, convert a spline got with "insert->sketch curve->Studio spline" to a 3D "insert->curve->Studio spline"
 
Use one of the techniques in thread561-372562 to copy the spline. You will end up with a spline independent of the sketch. Optional: if you want the spline to be a feature (show up in the part navigator), double click the spline to open the edit dialog and select the "make associative" option in the settings section.
