I have a model that has a number of long girders. I input the beam reactions on the girders so I did not have the beams themselves in the model. The beams would also serve to break up the unbraced length of the girders.

How can I input the unbraced length of the girder? What I have been doing is analysing the model then running the design check and then changing the unbraced length in the overwrite section. This works fine but is very slow there must be a better way. Thanks for any help

I would deging girder using staged construction method.
