How do I go about finding the unbalanced moment that is transfer to the column supports from a slab?

The question is too general. Please be specific

but the unbalanced moment is likely to be in the torsion of the slab.

The slab is supported by columns, and I want to find the moment which is applied to the columns by unbalanced supports so I can design the column cross sections adequately.

Why dont you use the equivalent frame method or simply model the columns and the slab?

Since you have posted your question in this forum, I would suggest you model the slab and the column. ACI splits slabs into column, inner and outer strips, so analyse the column strip using SAP2000
