unable to start the designmodeler

Hi,everyone;
when I try to launch workbench designmodeler (DM) in the Workbench environment (v15.0) it appears a script error window with this message:

|Script Error |Line: 2575 |Char:2 |Error: |Code: 800a01a08 |Source: microsoft jscipt|Script: var pg=pm.pererenceCategories.Item("CATNAME_DesignModeler").PreferencesGroups;
The lisence is run .and I found the data window of the designmodeler was changed.

How can I resolve this problem?DO you have any better solution for me.

If you are using Windows try this: Go to %appdata% folder in explorer, then Ansys folder, rename the v180 (or whatever version have you) to v180.old or something else that you find approprite. Restart workbench. N.B. you will lose any customization you have done to the Ansys workbench interface.
