Unable to Select Edge to Dimension in Drawing

Hello All,

I have a drawing that I am currently updating. The model required some minor changes in dimensions. After making these changes, I am now unable to select the edges in a detail view of a section view. All edges/lines in all other views on the drawing are able to be selected.

The only way I have been able to dimension the view is to re-create it. The issue is that once the drawing is saved and re-opened, that same view can not be dimensioned anymore.

Does anybody know what may be happening.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
