Unable to see working window display for part????

Hi
I'm currently having problems with solid edge. When i start it up everything seems fine, the edge bar loads and parts load but you just can't see them. The separate windows all appear to be blank for each part. I have the same problem now that i have V17. Have i deleted something from my computer to prevent me viewing the work screen??
Any help would be much apreciated.

Hi,

I encountered the same problem a while ago: 3 parts did
not show up in SE neither in .asm nor as .par. In both
cases they where visible in EdgeBar but I could not select
them. I ran OpenSave on all of them and that cured the
problem with 2 .par but one was obviously so damaged
that I had to start over with it.
OpenSave can be found in:

C:\Program Files\Solid Edge V17\Custom\OpenSave

Thanks for that but my problem is a bit worse. When i load up solid edge (both V15 &V17)the edge bar loads and a working window appears. But in this window where you would usually see a ble background are the axis, nothing appears. If you hover over the window with the mouse it can recognise which plane you are on.

Are you loading multiple parts ?
If so, it could be a graphics problem.
Try just one part on it's own.

Have the solid bodies been hidden in the files ?

It happens when i'm starting a new part. Old parts do not load either?
