Unable to open cgm file

Hi all,
Till NX2 we were able to open the cgm files (that were conerted by NX2) in Spicer Imagenation (v5.02). But when we changed from NX2 to NX4, any cgm file (exported from NX4) opened in Spicer will be blank or no objects in it.
John any ideas?

You may want to upgrade to the latest version of Spicer Imagenation. We have had to upgrade viewers in the past when we migrate to newer versions of NX or AutoCAD.
