unable to get text with leader in NX 8.5 drafting

If you are creating a new note, enter your text then click on the object you want to use for the leader end point then drag over to where you want the text.
If you want to add a leader to an existing note, you will need the "leader" section of the annotation editor. If you cannot see this section, click on the gear icon in the annotation dialog title bar and choose "show all sections".
