Hi friends
I have some problems with solids in modeling, when I create a solid part and I apply mirror body, I can not calculate mass, volume, weight, surface area with "Analysis>measure bodies", only appears a message "Unable to calculate detailed mass properties" in dialog box and all results are equal zero.
Have Anyone of you ever met these kind of problems Do someone knows the reason and the solution?.

Best regards
Tom

Can you provide an example part which exhibit this behavior?

The video is worthless. It shows nothing more than what you've already written. Without an actual sample part there is little that anyone can do to help.

Let me try with other file, because I cant share the original model (confidential policy).
This mourning I deleted the mirror body and I apply again "mirror boby" & "Analysis>measure bodies", and it worked well.

Yes, that's all I'm asking, something which behaves this way. If you can't reproduce the problem, then that in itself tells us something.

With problems like these, I start troubleshooting by running the 'examine geometry' command on all the parent geometry.

I checked "examine geometry" and it made me a "tip", I deleted the last operations from the part navigator until find the mistake. the problem was in a blend, I don´t understand why the blend was the problem but when I tested again with this blend, the problem occurs.

Thanks for your patience

You may still want to contact GTAC and have them look at that blend for you.
