Table 3.1 gives the Design Fourier coefficients for walking. Presumably, these come from the measurements by Kerr and some others, as shown in Willford and colleagues in their 2006 and 2007 papers.

In Table 3.1, shouldn't fp by h*fp? In their current forms, the equations give forces that seem very low for the 3rd and 4th harmonics. With h*fp, they are similar to Fig. 1 of the 2007 Willford et al. paper.
