UGS offer for NX Nastran 1

Just a curious question:

Has anybody taken UGS offer for replacing N4W with NX Nastran?

What is the experience so far: good / bad / makes no difference?

Reference MSC, NX or NEiNastran thread825-148806 for more information on his plight. I would image the offer does not include support of any kind since he is struggling on basic installation issues.

Juat an addition to my previous question.

The solution offered by USG, is NX Nastran locked to Femap the way it was in N4W or is it a standalone version? Does anybody know?

I understand it is locked so you will not be able to run the solver separately. I have heard complaints from people about the support. Could depend on where you buy it from. I was also told to get surface contact you will need Adina and that costs an additional $8000.
