Patran &Nastran _SOL700

Hi,
Why in explicit nonlinear analysis(SOL700), the old materials like MATD024 is defined by patran2020 that is not compatible with MSC Nastran2020?
How DEMATED can fix that?
How can i use new material cards like MATEP by patran?!!
