UG SOLID to autocad conversion

I have a "UG Solid" .dwg file that I am trying to open in autocad. I get a message saying...

'This DWG file was saved by a software application that was not developed or licensed by autodesk. Use of the file with AutoCad LT software may result in stability issure.'

...and it was true. I only see certain parts of the drawing.

Is there any way that I can see the total drawing in autocad???
