UG printing Laserjet 4600

Hi we have UG18 and UGNX and we can't seem to print to a Color Laserjet 4600 from UG. We can print to a Laserjet 4200 or print to a Plotter but the 4600 doesn't work. It doesn't do anything. Doesn't appear to send anything to the queue or anywhere.

Does anyone have any sort of solution or ideas what could be going on. Currently the user exports to a JPEG and then prints it.
