Does anybody know where I can get a online manual or some basic info for using ug motion?

Have you tried the help files? Sometimes they are not extremely helpful, but they might get you started.

I have tried CAST (Computer-Aided Self Teach) which will give you very rudimentary exposure to the abilities of UG Motion. However, as cowski suggested, it will get you started.
