UG/Hole Table

I currently use an old grip program to list x & y locations of holes in a chart. Unfortunately the values are not associated with the geometry.

Somehow I stumbled on a Swiss EDS site that uses UGopen API execute to create a chart, dimension the holes in the chart and are associated with one another.
I have emailed several times but have never received any response. Is anybody familiar with such an application? It looks like a powerful tool.
