A very simple way to control the production of a membrane and will work very well in a ceramic membrane system is to use a positive replacement pump as discharge mechanism in your membrane system. Just set your desired rotations of the lobe pump, giving you the desired permeate capacity. No need for pressure transmitter and pressure control valve.
